Our initial "Dumpster Days" opportunity for 2021 was a HUGE success...both dumpsters were packed by Sunday!  The cooperation of all who brought their junk for disposal was welcome. We are learning the loading technique for assuring every bit of capacity is utilized: opening the rear door for most of the loading allows arranging donations in the most efficient manner to minimize bridging and maximize capacity utilization. PLEASE DO NOT SIMPLY THROW ITEMS OVER THE SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER!

Because of its seemingly overwhelming popularity and demand, we will provide another "Dumpster Days" opportunity in October. You will be able to drop off your non-hazardous household waste on October 2-3 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ONLY at:

PLEASE remember this is not the dump...your neighbors who live here don't want to hear loud noises in the early morning or late evening! Please do not deposit any hazardous materials, e.g., paint, medicine, auto batteries, chemicals, refrigerators, etc. in the dumpster. In addition, we have been cautioned that we can't place mattresses in the dumpster.  TIRES AND MATTRESSES CAN'T BE ACCEPTED AT ANY OF OUR CLEANUP EVENTS.  You can check out what materials the El Paso County Environmental Division will accept (or not) here.
